Terms of Service

Service and acceptable use

The service provides AI chat and research with optional Web Search. You must have permission to submit your content. Do not use it for unlawful activity, abuse, unauthorized access, circumvention of limits, or sharing credentials. Access may be limited to protect service reliability.

AI and search limitations

AI outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete or outdated. Sources and search results do not guarantee that every claim is correct or current. Verify important conclusions independently. Availability of third-party models and search is not guaranteed.

Credits

Credits are internal usage units, separate from provider billing units. Available Credits may be reserved while a task runs and settled or released under the service’s accounting rules. They are not money or a stored-value payment product. Payments and subscriptions are not implemented; test Credits may be granted manually. No purchase or refund terms are offered at this stage.

Before public launch

The operator’s identity, contact details, applicable terms and data-request process must be finalized before public launch. This test-service notice does not replace that review or promise uninterrupted service.
